Payments & Scheduling
Payment is due after the completion of a massage appointment. If client added their card info during the scheduling process, the card will be charged as a pre-paid service.
Scheduling can be done on this website or by phone call. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show’s
Please give us a minimum 12 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointments. All cancellations made within less than 12 hours notice of the appointment time, will be charged 50% of the service. Any cancellations made after the appointment has already started, will be considered a "No-Show", and will be charged 100% of the service.
We understand that sometimes things come up that are out of your control. If you need to cancel your appointment that is within the 12 hour window, we will allow a one-time reschedule of your appointment. However, the rescheduled appointment cannot be cancelled or changed, or the 50% cancellation fee will still apply. To cancel, please call us during our office hours (Mon - Fri, 8am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm) at: 208.709.4660; or send us an email at bodyworxif@gmail.com.
If you are running late to your appointment, please give us a warning as soon as possible. If you are 20 minutes late to the appointment, then the appointment will be canceled.
Promotions & Discounts
Customers cannot use the same discount more than once, unless it is expressly stated in the promotion. Some discounted offers only apply after the completion of a massage appointment.
Refund
Gift Certificates are not subject to a refund. No refunds will be made available after the completion of the service.

Please note that we may review and update this Privacy Policy from time to time as needed without notice. Personal Information.
You have complete control over your personal information. In general, you can visit our website without providing us with any personal information. When you receive your confirmation email or when you receive any email from the list server, you will be given instructions on how to remove yourself from the list.

We intend to use such information solely for the purpose of supporting your relationship with BodyWorx Massage Therapy by designing website content that is suitable to your needs and alerting you to new product and service offerings as they become available. This User Information may be retained by BodyWorx Massage Therapy to verify compliance with the agreement between BodyWorx Massage Therapy and other vendors, to keep track of the domains from which people visit us, to create a user profile to better serve you and your employer, or to simply contact you either electronically or otherwise. BodyWorx Massage Therapy does not sell, trade or transfer User Information to third parties. However, we may share User Information with our business partners for marketing, advertising or product/service offering purposes. For example, we may provide User Information to our service providers for direct emailing of our newsletters, online surveys or notifications on BodyWorx Massage Therapy Offerings to our viewers. We also disclose User Information if: we have your consent; we need to share it in order to provide you with the products and/or services you requested; we respond to a court order or you violate our terms. You may separately agree to provide your personal information to third parties that provide content for BodyWorx Massage Therapy, in order to access and/or use their products and/or services. The accuracy and security of the User Information is important to BodyWorx Massage Therapy.
